ABOUT ARTISTIC DREAMS IMAGING

Artistic Dreams Imaging "ADI" was created to allow, both established and new artists, a venue where their work, whether original, prints, photography, tubes or other derivative art can be presented to others for their appreciation and purchase. 

We also have The Marketplace for those artisans who wish to sell jewelry and other crafted items.

We pride ourselves on our copyright awareness, presenting to purchasers information on copyright, appropriate credit to an artist when using tubes for creation of their tags*, websets, etc.

Policy

Our policy allows the artist to set pricing for their original work and/or prints, while "ADI" sets pricing on derivative works, i.e. tubes*, websets, etc.

"ADI" acts as middleman for original and print works, collecting monies, including shipping 
and handling. All originals or prints are to be shipped from the artist or their chosen vendor 
for such, as "ADI" does not have storage facilities available to house stock prints. 

"ADI" requires a license to use any tubes purchased, along with contact information of the 
purchaser. While we do not require a license to purchase original or print works, we do request 
all contact information necessary, using this information to provide updates and news on our artists.

Derivative Works

Tubes* are considered a derivative work and as such require licensing through "ADI" , it is 
through this licensing program that we provide information on copyright compliance, updates 
on artists, sales of work etc. We require copyright information on ANY and ALL derivative 
works purchased, should we find that copyrights are not being provided we will work with 
our artists to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

Derivative works are made available for download from a secure server by means of link and password access. Passwords are changed periodically with each tube* having a separate link and password in order to protect other items from being inadvertently downloaded.

We also offer the artist an alternative to shipping prints, via our download-able print process. Download-able prints are set up on the server and provided a certain number of downloads within a numbering system much like limited edition prints.

Tubing

Tubing is the act of removing background from images using photo manipulation software, i.e. PhotoShop, PaintShop Pro, Gimp, etc. leaving the primary or main focal point of the original image to be used in the design of tags and other derivative works.
