ADI is highly aware of the
issues with identity theft and we take our responsibility to
protect your privacy seriously.
Our privacy policy that has been
adopted for use during the course of our everyday business
follows:
Information acquired from you is
no more than is required by law or necessary to provide you, the
consumer; with the highest level service while protecting your
privacy in a secure and professional manner.
Our employees are trained to
protect your privacy and your information is only shared with those
employees for whom it is required to perform their
duties.
Access to privacy-sensitive
information is subject to rigorous procedural and technological
controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of
customer service.
We will provide identifiable
information about consumers to third parties only if we are
compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental
authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is
necessary to process transactions and provide our
services.
When we make our technology or
services available to current or future business partners, we will
not share with them any more consumer information than is
necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by
contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in
a manner that is consistent with this Privacy
Policy.

REFUND
POLICY
Please note that you are
being billed by: Artistic Dreams Imaging
If you are not 100% satisfied
with your purchase you must contact Customer Service here within 10
days of your purchase in order to arrange a refund, exchange,or
credit to your account.
Transferring of artist /
photographer packages is prohibited. Refunds, exchanges or credits
will be issued on a case by case basis. No refunds will be issued
on download-able merchandise. If you are returning merchandise to
Artistic Dreams Imaging the following conditions must be
met:
*The customer will be
responsible for any shipping costs when returning any merchandise
(previously shipped to customer by ADI) to ADI.
*Original merchandise MUST be
returned undamaged.
*In order to return merchandise
you must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization). You may
request an RMA HERE
Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
If any of the above listed
conditions are not met by the customer then the refund policy,
verbal agreements or other written agreements concerning the refund
policy made between the customer and ADI becomes VOID.
All refund requests are subject
to inquiry by ADI.
If damage to merchandise should
occur during shipping please notify ADI immediately. Damaged
merchandise must be returned to ADI before we process a refund,
exchange or replacement.
Artist originals, ACEOs, prints
etc. may not be returned without first contacting Customer Service
HERE
Refunds of artist originals,
ACEOs, prints, etc are contingent upon but not limited to: return
period, condition of merchandse, approval of the artist. No refunds
of these items will be given without approval of the
artist.
SHIPPING POLICY
Any products that are not
available for download will be shipped via USPS, UPS or Federal
Express.
Prints will be shipped directly from
the Artist.
All orders will be assessed a
'shipping & handling' fee.
Although our orders generally do not
take more than two weeks to arrive, please allow 3-4 weeks for
delivery.
In the instance that a particular
print ordered is 'out of stock' we will notify you of the status of
your order and present options for substitution, refund or new
status of when your item should arrive.
Any orders placed through regular
mail via check or money order will be mailed out after the check or
money has cleared the bank.
Please allow 2 to 3 days for domestic
orders after we receive your check for your order to begin
processing and 7 to 10 days if you are placing an international
order.
